1. Placing a Delivery Order but got Error Message while checking out 

If you entered your zip code and it says "Great! You are eligible for delivery" but then got this error message "Please enter a valid zip code and select your preferred date and time for delivery"

Then what you need to do is to make sure you click on the Panel that shows the delivery slot "11:00AM - 1:00PM" (as pointed by the Red Arrow in the screenshot below). Once you click on the time panel, the website recognizes that you have selected the delivery time and will let you proceed with placing the order.

2. I placed the order but did not receive any Order Confirmation email.

Since the Order Confirmation Email is automatically-generated by Shopify, it might get filtered out by your personal or work email system. If you do not see the Order Confirmation Email in your inbox, please check your Junk Mail folder or Promotion folder, you'll likely find it there. 

3. I selected Pickup Time at 11am but will be running late. Can I pick up the order later?

Yes as long as you pick up by our store closing time the day of. We will not be able to accommodate pickup past our store closing time. Please check our store hours on our website landing page.
