At 43 & Company we are passionate about making and sharing with you the food we love - savory pies and dessert tarts that literally melt in your mouth. We believe in the classics done well, where familiar food is given the utmost attention in both taste and looks. We make all our pies and tarts from scratch, using the freshest ingredients - locally sourced and organic whenever possible.
We are based in Santa Clara, California with a retail presence at the Sunnyvale Farmer's Market (Saturdays 9am ~ 1pm), Saratoga Farmer's Market at West Valley College Parking Lot (Saturdays 9am ~ 1pm) and Palo Alto Farmer's Market @ California Ave (Sundays 9am ~ 1pm).

Co-Owner & Pastry Chef
Pastry Chef LikLing Khoo started baking at a young age spending time watching and baking with her mom.
Trained at California Culinary Academy, she also interned and worked full time at the famed Tartine Bakery in San Francisco upon graduation.
LikLing spent over 10 years working at different resorts, restaurants and bakeries in Vermont and New York State honing her skills at all areas of baking and pastry arts. She owned and operated a bakery, Baker’s Dream, in New York State offering various baked goods and desserts.
In 2014, she moved back to the Bay Area and in 2016 started 43 & Company. The number 43 is the home address of LikLing’s childhood home in Malaysia where she first developed her passion for food and baking. It elicits the fondest memories of the numerous family meals and parties where various delicious tart and pie recipes so beloved by family and friends were shared.
Like her sister LikLing, Likbin grew up in a household that loves food. However she took a different path and became an engineer. After spending more than 15 years in the technology sector first as an engineer, then a program/project manager in the San Francisco bay area, LikBin decided to take the plunge and started 43 & Company with her sister in 2016. Her love for food prevails!
